We are pleased to offer 2 hours of complimentary parking with any in-store purchase of over $50. After your shopping experience, please visit the Customer Service Desk on the Concourse Level of Manulife Centre with your store receipt and parking stub.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup for any online order can be arranged by clicking the "In-Store" pickup option on the Cart page of checkout. Pickup days and times will be arranged by our online team during in-store hours only after your order has been processed. You may also make the same in-store pickup arrangements for any completed Tailor Shop services.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup for any online order can be arranged by clicking the "Curbside" pickup option on the Cart page of checkout. Manulife Centre has a designated curbside pick-up area located on the P1 level of their parking garage. Curbside pickup days and times will be arranged by our online team during in-store hours only after your order has been processed.
At the pre-arranged day/time, customers can follow these easy steps:
- Enter the parking garage on Charles Street
- Follow the signage on P1 to the Curbside Pickup area
- Park in any of the available curbside pick-up spots.
- Call 416-967-7448 and press 1
- Advise our team which curbside spot # they are parked in.
