Curbside Pickup

How it Works?

  1. Go to your shopping Cart and select the Curbside Pickup button
  2. Wait for the Shipping / Curbside Pickup Confirmation email (not your first Order Confirmation email) that your order is ready for pickup.
  3. Proceed to our retail location where pickup is available anytime between 11AM to 4PM from Monday to Sunday.

If I am WALKING, where do I pickup my order?

  1. Enter the Manulife Centre through the main entrance on Bloor Street or the side entrance on Balmuto Street.
  2. Once you arrive at the bronze metal door marked "Over the Rainbow", please call 416-967-7448 and press 2 to speak to one of our team members. 
  3. Please have your name + order number ready. They will meet you (with a mask on of course!) and hand deliver your order!

If I am in a vehicle, where do I pickup my order?

The pickup area is located inside the Manulife Centre underground parking garage in one of 7 designated pickup spots.

After I arrive, what do I do next?

  1. Enter the Manulife Centre parking garage on Charles Street
  2. Take a (free) parking ticket, turn right and follow the signs to the Curbside Pickup area
  3. Park in any of the available 7 pick-up spots
  4. Call 416-967-7448 and press 2
  5. Advise our team of your order # and spot # you are parked in
  6. We will deliver your order to you & sign a form to confirm receipt
  7. Drive to the exit & show your shopping bag to get your parking ticket validated
